Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer drop off, set up and pick up services. Same day equipment pick-up is available. Additional fees will apply for multiple trips.

  • You can place an order by contacting us directly by phone at 250 516-4608, by filling out our form on our contact page or by email at Info@beaumontcatering.ca

  • Standard orders can be accommodated 72 hrs in advance. For larger orders we require 1 to 2 weeks notice and for events we recommend 2 to 6 weeks. If you have any last-minute needs, feel free to contact us and we will try our best to help.

  • Our team can take care of service equipment rentals or provide you with assistance ordering and organizing any rentals needed for your event.

  • We take allergies extremely seriously and understand the importance of food safety and dietary restrictions. When planning your event, we encourage you to inform us of any specific allergies or dietary needs. Note that our kitchen is not allergen free and due to factors outside of our control we cannot guarantee or assume any liability for any cross contamination. Beaumont will specify prior to the event whether it can be accommodated or not.

  • We accept all major credit cards, cheques, cash and e transfer please note American Express will have an additional 3.5% processing fee.

  • We require 72 hrs notice for cold lunches. For bigger event please refer to our catering contract.
