Beaumont was born out of our passion for cooking and love for events. Our goal is to offer unique and attentive boutique catering services with thoughtfully curated menus that bring your vision to life. We provide unpretentious, high end catering with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Beaumont is a small team of seasoned chefs who hold themselves to the highest standards so we can deliver truly memorable catered experiences.

Sandi Irving : Chef | Owner

Sandi is from the Pacific Northwest and recognizes her good fortune in having the bounty of everything our region has to offer at her fingertips. She was mentored by Chef David Mincey at Camille's Fine West Coast Dining, where she finished her apprenticeship and spent time in the kitchen at The Sooke Harbour House before becoming the executive chef at the beautiful Nimmo Bay Resort. Most recently Sandi was the chef at Bilston Creek Farm at their catering enterprise, Bramble, where she fell in love with the excitement of curated events.

Cristián Rodriguez : Chef | Owner

Cristián was born in Chile and grew up in Montréal where his love of cooking and fine foods was formed. He studied at the prestigious ITHQ Culinary Art program, then went on to hone his passion at notable restaurants such as Montreal’s institution Moishes steakhouses and Ferreira Cafe. He moved to Victoria where he found a deep appreciation for Vancouver Island's exceptional local ingredients, cooking beautiful food at the Union Club & Bramble by Bilston. Beaumont Catering is the accumulation of Cristián experience in high end hospitality and fine dining.

We get inspired by the seasons, Vancouver Island and cook accordingly. We work with like minded people and purveyors who share the same love and values for food. This allows us to work commonly toward the same goal which is to provide our clients with the best catering experience available.

Our backgrounds are well rounded in high end hospitality. From luxury wilderness resorts to heritage private clubs, farm to table wedding venues and fine dining world renowned steak houses. Our high standards and genuine care has quickly earned us the reputation for the upscale caterers in Victoria B.C.
